Sometimes you just feel like eating something that is loaded with flavors.
Here’s a recipe that will knock your socks off. It is so yummy, you will want more. Of course you should resist your temptations and eat only one, or maybe not. You decide!
Here are the ingredients I used.
2 Healthy Goodness Whole Grain, White Aunt Millie’s
1 Large Egg
1/2 cup of Mozzarella Cheese, Whole Milk
0.5 cup Turkey Slices
1 tbsp Chopped Green Onions (option cabbage)
1 tbsp Butter
1/2 tbsp Ketchup (no High Fructose Corn Syrup)
1/2 tbsp Mustard
1/2 tbsp Honey
In two pans put equal amounts of butter on low heat.
Gently mix egg with desired green onions or cabbage
Place slices of bread in one pan, and ensure they are evenly covered with butter.
Only toast on side of the bread
Place the egg mixture in the other pan to cook
Add cheese and then add the turkey on top
Gently turn the egg over to cook the turkey and cheese
Prepare the bread with mustard and honey, ensure the bread is golden brown on one side
Now transfer the egg to your toast, add ketchup and cover with second slice of bread
Now you can enjoy this wonderful fulfilling meal at home. This sandwich will provide you with satiety. It has good fats and loaded with protein and fibers. Remember that I used whole grain bread, not the crappy processed bread which is made of refined carbohydrates and is like eating sugar.
