Garlic Tofu Medley

Prep the tofu first.with the soya sauce, garlic cloves, lemon juice, sesame oil, and soya sauce.
Prepare the vegetables in a skillet with rest of the ingredients to half cooked.
Add the sauce from the tofu prep in the vegetables and saute the tofu. Then add the tofu to the vegetables and cook until done for about 3 min.
Serve over rice or rice noodles.
